Thank you for shopping with ENCHANTE VOGUE. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or you may need to return an item for various reasons. In this section, we will outline our return and refund policies to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our customers.
30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return and another 15 days to send the return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note a 12% restocking fee will be applied on Refunds and would be removed from the refund when done.
Return Reasons
We only accept returns under a few conditions listed below.
1. it Doesn't fit
2. Wrong item sent
3. Missing parts or pieces
4. Arrived damaged
5. Arrived late beyond shipping time
If you don't fall under this category then your order will be examined based on its own merit. Other than that you wouldn't be eligible for a return and refund.
To start a return, use the Return Portal if your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
While we strive to provide a seamless return process, there are certain types of items that cannot be returned:
- All Accessories (Jewelry, hats, belts, bags, scarves, and others)
- All intimate, swimwear, and bodysuit items
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges but you are welcome to return your item(s) in accordance with our return Policy. If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures that you get what you want without any delays.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Please provide us with a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery. Refunds will not be issued until we've received the returned order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days or store credit depending on the situation. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
